About Me
My path into consulting has been shaped by a mix of research, business advising, leadership, and firsthand experience running a business.
I’m naturally drawn to helping people make sense of messy situations. Whether I’m reviewing financials, talking through a business model, improving operations, or helping someone clarify their next move, I try to bring calm, practical thinking to the table.
Before consulting, my background included work as a research analyst, business owner, and nonprofit executive director. That range of experience helps me understand both the technical side of business and the human side, the pressure, uncertainty, decisions, and responsibility that come with leading something.
My work is grounded in a simple belief: business should feel clearer, more manageable, and more aligned with what the owner or leader is actually trying to build. I help people step back from the noise, understand what’s really going on, and make thoughtful decisions they can act on.
